Abrient’s range of managed billing services – ‘WebBill’ – is an easily adopted call volume and cost audit tool which allows corporate customers to monitor and manage telecommunications costs and services.
WebBill comprises three services: Reassure, Recharge and Reclaim.
They can be contracted separately or in any combination (individual service details are available in the library).
The overriding WebBill principle is the accurate collection and reporting of telecommunication costs with data collected seamlessly from client telephone systems and remotely managed to the point of reporting – so avoiding the need to invest in additional hardware, software support or specialist training.
WebBill enables:
- precise costing and performance data relating to the business telephone system
- the ability to recharge costs to appropriate departments focusing cost-centre managers attention
- records for company mobile phone users who can see the calls they have made and where appropriate, record mobile phone usage on their tax return – ensuring compliance with HMRC rules on personal use of a company-provided mobile phone.
